Shipping Policy
All orders made are Pre-order's. It is solely the customer's responsibility to take note of the items shipping date which is stated both in the items title and description. We will not cancel nor refund any orders due to shipping times. Every order is a Pre-order as all our products are custom and take longer to process and create. We are usually able to create and ship orders 1-2 weeks ahead of the expected ship date.
